Standard non AC is our basic category  room with an attached washroom and basic amenities such as Flat TV, Fan, Coffee cattle, cupboards etc., The area of this room is 180 sq. feet. The standard non AC room has a one double bed that can accommodate 2 adult and 1 kid under 5 years of age. 

Deluxe AC is our premier category room, this room has a balcony with hill view and also the guest can see the sun rise in the morning. The area of this room is 240 sq. feet and washroom attached, The deluxe AC room has a king size bed that can accommodate 2 adult and 1 child under 8 years of age. Also, if necessary, an extra bed can be placed for an extra person. and this room has  basic amenities such as Flat TV, Fan, Coffee cattle, cupboards, Ac etc

Family AC is our premium category room  with two attached washroom , The area of this room is 260 sq. feet. The Family room has two double bed that can accommodate 4 adults, if necessary, an extra bed can be placed for an extra person.  and this room has  basic amenities such as Flat TV, Fan, Coffee cattle, cupboards, Ac etc. In this category one room in ground floor which is facing coffee plantation  and another room in first floor which is facing to hill view.
